Dispatch
We dispatch orders same day or next working day. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday typically ship the same day. Orders placed later, over the weekend, or on UK bank holidays ship on the next working day.
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves us. Once Royal Mail has the parcel, you can track its progress in real time.

If Something Goes Wrong
Royal Mail Tracked services attempt delivery at your address. If you're not home and the parcel won't fit through your letterbox, Royal Mail will leave a card and either:
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbours and your local depot first. If you still can't locate it after 3 working days, email info@blackrocksupplements.co.uk with your order number and we'll open an investigation with Royal Mail.
If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a free replacement.
Damaged In Transit
Black Rock ships in a protective box, but rare damage in transit can happen. If your order arrives damaged:
Address Changes
If you've entered the wrong delivery address at checkout, email us at info@blackrocksupplements.co.uk as soon as possible — ideally within 30 minutes of ordering, before the parcel is packed.
Once an order has been dispatched, we can't change the address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping charge may apply).
