When your order ships
We dispatch orders same day or next working day. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday typically ship the same day. Orders placed later, over the weekend or on UK bank holidays ship on the next working day.
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves us, so you can follow it with Royal Mail in real time.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, Royal Mail delivers within its service window:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2-3 working days from dispatch
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1-2 working days from dispatch
Note: Working days means Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery times are Royal Mail estimates and can occasionally be affected by weather, strikes or peak periods like Christmas.
Shipping rates
Shipping depends on which protocol you order and the speed you choose:
- 30 Day Protocol: Tracked 48 is £2.95, Tracked 24 is £3.60
- 60 and 90 Day Protocols: Tracked 48 and Tracked 24 are both free
You'll see the rate at checkout before you pay. No surprises.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
International shipping is being assessed. If you'd like to hear when we ship to your country, email info@blackrocksupplements.co.uk.
Missed or lost deliveries
If you're not home and the parcel won't fit through your letterbox, Royal Mail will leave a card and either:
- Attempt redelivery the next working day
- Hold the parcel at your local Royal Mail depot for collection
- Deliver to a neighbour or safe place if you've set one up with Royal Mail
If your parcel is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, check with neighbours and your local depot first. If you still can't find it after 3 working days, email info@blackrocksupplements.co.uk with your order number and we'll open an investigation with Royal Mail.
If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a free replacement.
If your order arrives damaged
Black Rock ships in a protective box, but damage in transit can occasionally happen. If it does:
- Email info@blackrocksupplements.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos of the damage.
- We'll send a free replacement as soon as we've confirmed the issue.
Wrong address entered?
If you've entered the wrong delivery address, email info@blackrocksupplements.co.uk as soon as possible, ideally within 30 minutes of ordering, before the parcel is packed.
Once an order has been dispatched we can't change the address. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery (an extra shipping charge may apply).
