Your statutory rights

This right does not cover jars that have been opened. Food supplements are sealed for health protection and hygiene reasons and cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
If anything arrives damaged or faulty, you're entitled to a refund, replacement or repair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us with a photo and we'll sort it.
