Bank processing times vary. Card refunds typically appear within 3–10 working days after we issue them. PayPal refunds are usually faster.

Subscriptions have a minimum two-month commitment. This means we'll ship two consecutive deliveries before cancellation becomes available — long enough for Black Rock to start working, which is the point of subscribing.
After your second delivery, you can cancel anytime with no fees. There's no notice period and no penalty.
